OUR MATERIAL COMES FROM THE NORTH MUNICH AREA ONLY - IT BELONGS TO THE BEST ORIGINAL MATERIAL IN GERMANY (BESIDES HAMBURG AND BERLIN) AND IS WELL KNOWN FOR ITS HIGH QUALITY:
TERMS AND POLICIES --- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, BECAUSE EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMERS IS EXPECTED TO KNOW ABOUT IN DETAIL, THANK YOU:
! ! ! We believe that every customer has to buy a test load first for self sorting to learn/understand the quality - nobody can eliminate this by holding up 10 pieces or checking 3 sacks.
Therefore every customer has to buy at least for the minimum of € 650 - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Prices:
All prices are calculated already very tight in ratio to the high quality and are linked to world wide market prices that changes with the years, seasons and current diesel/gas prices.
Discount system:
You save money by buying constantly for a minimum of € 1,000 (3 - 5%) or in large capacities/quantities - see descriptions of the single categories.
Minimums:
We are a wholesale dealer - with that reason, the minimum buying total is € 650 net.
Single minimum category quantity is 100 KG under 1 € / KG and 50 KG over 1 € / KG, unless the available quantity is lower.
Weighting:
Materials will be scaled by professional electric scale in KG / 100 gram steps - all weights include the packing material which is also for further use.
For truck loads over 5 tons a calibrated truck scale will be used nearby, the fee is paid by us.
Loading :
All prices are EXW (ex work) warehouse door. Outside loading help is extra charged (2 Ct./KG) - for example quantities over 2 tons and/or if driver is alone. Loading trucks by conveyor is always extra charged 2 Ct./KG.
Shipping/Transporting:
NO SHIPPING OR DELIVERY SERVICES AVAILABLE, you have to do and organize all the transportation on you own - for example by van/bus or truck.
Custom for non-EU-countries:
The limit for "verbal export declaration" is €1,000 minus VAT minus transportation costs to EU-border = €800 (for larger quantities you will need ATLAS to bring the material out the EU).
NO CUSTOM SERVICES AVAILABLE INHOUSE.
We do offer an outhouse custom service for purchases over €800 - service charge is €60 Euro plus €40 third party fee for ATLAS export declaration.
IMPORTANT: we expect basic knowledge of non-EU-custom law.
Material has to be driven 30 km to next custom clearance station to get checked material visually and get export papers.
! Custom station hours are mon - fri, 8am - 5pm and therefore loading and preparing invoice has to be finished until 3pm - no exceptions !
Payment:
NO bank transfers accepted anymore - ONLY CASH payment at warehouse or weight station in Euro (we will accept US-dollars with our exchange rate).
Incoterm: COD - cash on delivery (EXW / warehouse door) after weighting the material.
ADVICE: some customers hire their carrier as agent, so you don't have to show up in person - but...please see requirements under "NO sales tax..." !
Invoice - sales tax:
To all non-business-people (no business EU tax number) we are forced by law to sell only with sales tax of 19% - for transparency and easy price comparison all prices shown on this webside are net prices (german "wholesale prices") = net / netto.
For all legal business people the german / EU tax law currently is as followed - no exceptions due to avoid tax fraud:
sales tax when material remain in Germany or non-business-people:
- full sales tax 19% have to be paid
- no service charge
NO sales tax for export within the EU:
- you have to present a legal business EU tax number document to get this confirmed at "Bundeszentralamt für Steuern" (available mon-fri, 8am-5pm only !)
- this document has to show clearly the customers/buyers name (or company and manager, CEO name) and full address (city and postal code, street and number) -- if document only shows the company name you also have to present a commercial register entry with the legal owners name
- any representative of a company (i.e. manager, CEO) has to present a commercial register entry which show the companies and his personal name
- an employee or agent has to present an authorization letter by legal customer/buyer for the exact purchase, no general proxy
- present a passport copy of the legal business tax number holder
- the paying or transporting person has to present his passport to copy
- the paying or transporting person has to sign an intentional export confirmation for the material
- if business tax number or other creterias not match you have to pay sales tax 19% - or business will be denied
- service charge for tax free invoice is €15 because of enormous expense
NO sales tax for export outside the EU:
- the exporter/customer/buyer is responsible to bring an approved export confirmation through outgoing custom station that the material left the EU
- the tax amount has to be paid as deposit and will be refunded against the export confirmation in original or after confirmed by .pdf-file through the outgoing custom station at next time of buying or by bank wire transfer (extra costs!)
- custom service charge is €15 for purchases up to €800
- custom service charge is €100 for purchases over €800 (see "Custom...")
- for a new written invoice after tax amount refund service charge is €9

!The CUSTOMER is full responsible to clear all questions before buying, so you have to know all export and tax concerning laws!

Disinfection Services:
Because import disinfection regulations are individual in countries outside Germany, the EXPORTER/CUSTOMER/BUYER is full responsible for necessary documents - we are just able to give a proforma disinfection certification as an extra service or two other options.
option # 1: a signed proforma confirmation in german/english or german/russian is available, service charge is €15.
option # 2: inspection of the material by state disinfector inhouse, includes legal certification, needs 4 - 6 hrs, starts €445 (net) for first ton plus service charge €15
option # 3: biological disinfection, includes all legal certification documents, needs 6 hrs - 1 day, a closed hardwall compartement of truck / transporter is necessary >>> the material has to be driven 50 km to next state disinfector, price is variable by quantity (calculate some € 1 / KG)
Other services:
CMR forms are available for 5 Euro a piece. "Sender" (field 1 and 22) is always the client of the carrier (here: buyer/owner of the goods) and NOT the seller. Ideally the customer or carrier have already a correct filled out CMR when coming.
Buyer is full responsible for all transport documents because of ownership of the material after payment.
Because of bad experiences in the past PROFORMA INVOICES are not available in advance anymore! If you have to get credit at the bank, show your banker this website.
For personal tax and/or custom teaching lessons we generally charge €50 per hour, paid with the purchase.
Additionals:
To order material, you have to do a prepayment of at least 50 % of the ordered quantity (70 % if loading in sea container or equal plus deposit for evacuating in the case of non-fullfilled contract by any reason).
Paid material has to be picked up within 7 days unless no other arrangements are made.
Loading of sea containers or swap bodies are extras, €250 (20') or €400 (40') for temporaries.
Loading charge of single swap bodies to change permanently is €200, pair are €300.
Prices, quantities and terms are subjects of change without notice.
WE DO NOT SELL BAG WISE OR PIECE WISE - NO PICKING OUT OF SINGLE PIECES OR SACKS.
No sale to Africa, Spain, Netherlands, England, France, Belgium or scandinavian countries - till yet not a single honest customer called/came from these areas.
