Material definitions:
According to 2012 German Waste Management Act we are forced to clear all collected material off all paper / plastic / metal / waste / wet / junk material or in other words: all sold material has to consist of usable articles only
"USED" = worn material with few or low or even no signs of use
"CLOTHES" = shirts, pants, pullovers, jackets, suits, underwear, socks, caps/hats, kilts and much more - everything people can wear
"MIX" (clothes or shoes) = a combination of different brands, makes, sizes, genders, colours, seasons
"UNSORTED" = not sorted material, no shirts to shirt or pants to pants or equal.
"HOUSEHOLD" = towels, blankets, sheets, beddings, bath ropes and more
Minimums:
We are a wholesale dealer, so the minimum purchase total is €500 net.
Single category quantity minimum is 50 KG, exceptions see price lists.
Weighting:
Materials will be scaled by professional digital scale in KG / 100 gram steps - all weights include the packing material.
For 10 tons and up / full truck load (semi-trailer) a calibrated truck scale might be used nearby, the fee would be on us.
Loading :
All prices are EXW ("exclusiv work") warehouse door = self loading by buyer. Outside loading help is extra charged (1.5 Ct./KG).
Loading help for single drivers and/or by conveyor (running band) is always automatically charged (1.5 Ct./KG) as extra.
1 ton has approximately (!!!) 6 cubicmeters (here: MIX categories)
OR
1 cubicmeter has approximately (!!!) 160 kg's - please consider varying volums/weights by f. e. careful loading (less) or heavy material (more).
Loading a full semi-trailer load takes a while - expect appr. 7 hrs. + pauses + paperwork for later plans (f.e. custom procedure).
We are not responsible for delays for confirmed but unobserved pick-up appointments - by any reason - nor for pick-ups by accident.
Pick-up person may wait a while or loading is moved even to next day due to closed warehouse.
By incoterm EXW we are not responsible for any delays or appointment moving by weather conditions.
Transportation / forwarding:
NO REGULAR DELIVERY BY US, you have to organize all the transportation on you own - for example by (rented) trailer, van/bus or ordered truck or semi-trailer - ask your local spedition for a door-to-door.co-load and use our zip code 84416 for qouting
For far distance customers shipping is available as extra service and paid by customer in advance. To shipping costs calculate is available on a prepayment base.
The risk for the goods passes to the driver, carrier, courier, transporter, forwarder by us - see Inco Term EXW and CMR regulations.
Customer has to confirm this fact by e-mail while ordering.
Notice your responsibilities for CMR and buying order for the driver if your purchase is transported by a forwarder in EU.
NEW: worldwide sea container shipping FCL / LCL - we offer to be shipping partner for your sub-forwarder in Germany
Strictly terms:
All container shippings need a 100% material prepayment in cash or wire transfer before any activities.
All container shipping procedure steps have to be managed by the customer OR we offer a full service-package after full prepayment of shipping costs plus arrangement charge €49 plus custom charges €99 plus individual costs by expense.
Customers might get better prices by their local forwarders / shipping companies! Please check and compare first.

CMR:
Buyer is full responsible for transport documents because of material ownership after payment and by ordering the forwarder.
"Sender" (box 1) is always the spedition / forwarder (who is responsible for the material transport) as client of the buyer, NOT we the seller.
If driver is not able to fill out the CMR correctly - necessary for custom - we do it as service for a fee of €19 by order by customer.
Custom for non-EU-countries:
option 1: "verbal export declaration" for purchases less €900
The legal limit for is €1,000 minus transportation costs to EU-border => €900 net.
The declaration is done by the transporting/exportig person (usually the driver).
option 2: ATLAS system for purchases more then €900
We do offer a custom-service by EORI-number for purchases over €900 net - service charge is €99.
A preparation time of at least 48 hrs. for the custom procedure is necessary.
Outhouse cases: in single cases the local custom station orders the personal inspection and the material has to be driven some 40 min. to get material inspected. Obey loading end is strictly 14:00 hrs. (friday 13:00 hrs.) to reach the custom station early enough before closing.
The service charge then is €139 because of driving and more time expenses.
The way of export (EU exit cutom station) is to be clearified by buyer in advance, the driver has to be informed about.
Please do not expect us to fake export invoices or equal - we will deny.
!! We are not responsible for any custom or export regulations behind the EU-borders nor we are faking our documents later if driver is stocked in no-mans-land (between the borders) !!
SERBIA (and other non-EU-states) custom does not allow importing used clothes without import tax (latest 1.5%) - we do NOT confirm any "preferencial production" to safe this little amount - because our material is surely produced worldwide, not in germany only.
Payments:
option 1: CASH payment in Euro
Prefered. No service charge.
option 2: prepayment by SWIFT (IBAN/BIC)
If the buyer is unable to come in person. We reserve the right to freeze the ordered material until all necessary documents have arrived if buyer likes to buy tax-free. No service charge.
option 3: prepayment by Western Union
If you prepay by WesternUnion, be sure to follow our directions very correctly and doublecheck the datas - transfers are expensive and rules of WU are extremely strict. Service charge of €15 for the cash-pickup.
Every sale contract is final and done by cash or bank transfer payment and providing the load.
No contradiction, returns or cancellations are being accepted afterwards.

for transparency and easy price comparison all prices shown on this webside are net prices (german "wholesale prices").
ALL sold material need an invoice for possible inspection by BAG and police on german traffic roads / Autobahn.
option 1: material remains in Germany or non-business-people (even EU)

!! By german VAT law we are forced to get all listed documents to zero-rate the tax !!
Every customer is gently asked to provide us actively with all necessary documents before and after purchase.

- buyer has to show an EU-tax document ("XY 00000000") to get confirmed and copy
- buyer has to show a commercial register entry with name and full company address to copy
- buyer has to show the passport or ID to copy
- if any listed creterias are missing, sales tax amount will take place as deposit

option 3: "zero-rated tax", export within EU // ordered pick-up by forwarders
- buyer has to pre-mail an EU-tax document ("XY 00000000") as .jpg-file to get confirmed
- buyer has to pre-mail a commercial register entry with personal name and full companies address as .jpg-file

- buyer has to pre-mail a buying order for the driver, signed and stamped by buyer for the particular purchase

option 4: "zero-rated tax", export outside EU less €900
- the sales tax amount will be retained as deposit until the material left EU legally
- buyer is responsible to bring or send an original stamped invoice by outgoing custom station (self declaration)
- for refunding the tax amount by bank transfer we charge €15 plus bank fees
but we highly recommending a balancing at the next purchase because no money / time is lost
option 5: "zero-rated tax", export outside EU over €900 by ATLAS
- the sales tax amount will be retained as deposit until the material left EU legally
- exports by ATLAS system will be automatically certified by the outgoing custom station
- custom service charge is €99 (see "Custom...")
- for refunding the tax amount by bank transfer we charge €15 plus bank fees
but we highly recommending a balancing at the next purchase because no money / time is lost or wasted then
option 6: pay-out / refunding the sales-tax amount for option 4
- buyer has to present the original invoice stamped by outgoing custom station to get a full refund of the sales tax amount
!The CUSTOMER is full responsible to clear all questions before buying, so you have to know all export and tax concerning laws!

Disinfection Services:
Because import disinfection regulations are individual in all countries outside Germany, the buyer is full responsible for necessary documents - we are just able to give a written confirmation as an extra service.

NEW Fighting criminal exchange at transport:
Because it becomes common to exchange material by third parties while transport (good material against junk!) we offer a securing system by unique labels, pictures and more as extra service. The service fee amount is volume related, so please ask. For more infos, see Additionals.
Additionals:
Applicators for a proforma invoice have to deliver detailed company and ordering informations. We reserve the right to deny unlawful requests.
To order more material then we have in stock, you have to pay 100 % of the ordered quantity in advance (also if loading in sea-container plus all documents / loading / packing / custom / costs and sales-tax deposit).
Paid material has to be picked up within 10 days unless no other arrangements are made.
After this period, paid material returns to our possession if no extra storing fee had been paid in advance.
Loading of sea-container or swap bodies are priced €200 (20') or €300 (40') including all contacts with the transporting company.
Any customer is welcome to supervise the loading in person to avoid later disharmony.
Prices, quantities and terms of this website are subjects of change without notice.

The process will take three steps to apply for your EU access. Two person limit.
